Refund & Returns Policy – Beora Cosmetics
1. Overview
This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Beora Cosmetics (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Due to the nature of our products and sourcing process, all sales are final, except as expressly provided herein.
2. Nature of Products & Limitation of Returns
Our products include skincare and personal care items that are:
- Hygienically sensitive
- Not suitable for resale once opened or handled
- Sourced and handled under strict quality control procedures
Accordingly, we operate a strict no-return policy, subject only to verified exceptions.
3. Limited Grounds for Returns or Replacement
We may, at our sole discretion, approve a return, replacement, or refund only if:
- The product delivered is materially different from what was ordered

- The product is damaged prior to delivery (not caused by customer handling)
4. Mandatory Claim Conditions
To qualify for any claim:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- You must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photographic or video evidence
- The product must be:

- Unopened
- In its original packaging and condition
Failure to meet these conditions automatically voids eligibility.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Products with tampered seals
- Sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Gift items
- Items returned beyond the 48-hour claim window
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our criteria.
6. Resolution of Approved Claims
Where a claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
We are under no obligation to provide both.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3–7 business days, subject to financial institution processing timelines.
7. Shipping & Risk Allocation
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is attributable to us
- We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
- Lost or untracked return shipments
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.
In the event of a payment dispute:
- We reserve the right to present this Policy, order records, and delivery confirmation as evidence
- Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent account restriction
- Refusal of future service
